Terms of Service

1. Seller

The online shop lilimalafarma.hr is run by the business listed above, trading as Lili Mala Farma, Zagreb, Croatia. You can reach us at lili@lilimalafarma.hr or +385 91 4646442, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.

2. Products

We sell fresh microgreens, sprouts and bundles grown on our farm. Product photos are illustrative: as fresh, natural products, their appearance, colour and size can vary slightly from harvest to harvest. Whether a product is available is shown in the shop.

3. Your account

You can place one-off orders without an account. Subscriptions require an account. You can register with an email address and password or sign in with Google. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for orders placed through your account.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT: 5% on our food products, and 25% included in the delivery fee. The full amount, including any delivery fee, is shown before you pay.

Products in your basket keep the price shown when you added them. Baskets are cleared after 12 hours.

5. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

To order, add products to your basket, choose delivery or pickup, enter your delivery address if you chose delivery, and complete payment on Stripe's secure payment page. The contract is concluded when your payment succeeds; we then send you an order confirmation by email.

If we cannot fulfil an order or part of it, for example because a product is not available for your delivery day, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for anything we cannot supply.

6. Payment

You pay by card through Stripe when you order. We never see or store your card details. Monthly subscriptions are charged to your card automatically every month; yearly subscriptions are paid once, in advance, for the whole year.

7. Delivery and pickup

We deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays within the Zagreb area (postal codes starting with 10). Delivery costs 7 EUR and is free for orders of 30 EUR or more. You can also choose to collect your order at one of our pickup locations, at no charge.

Every order is prepared fresh for the selected delivery slot. Microgreens and sprouts are perishable: please refrigerate them as soon as you receive them. More details are on our Delivery page.

8. Subscriptions

• A subscription delivers the products you choose, at the frequency and on the delivery day you choose from the options on the Subscriptions page. Each delivery must contain at least 4 packages.
• Delivery is included in the subscription price.
• You can pay monthly, charged automatically every month, or yearly, paid once in advance with a 20% discount.
• Every subscription, on either payment plan, has a minimum term of one year from its start date. Once the minimum term has ended you can cancel it from your account; a cancelled monthly subscription is no longer charged.
• If we have to cancel your subscription, for example because we can no longer supply it, we will confirm the cancellation by email and refund the amount paid for deliveries that will no longer be made.

9. Withdrawal, returns and complaints

Our products are fresh food with a short shelf life, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. If something is wrong with your order, you have the rights provided by law for defective goods. Our Return Policy explains both and how to contact us.

10. Use of the website

The texts, photos and logo on this website belong to Lili Mala Farma and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security or by sending automated requests.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Croatian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača) and the Civil Obligations Act (Zakon o obveznim odnosima). If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by mandatory rules of the country where you live.

We will try to resolve any dispute with you amicably. As a consumer you can also turn to a body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes; the list of these bodies is published by the ministry responsible for consumer protection. Otherwise, disputes are decided by the competent court.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
